how to i cure this damned vdroop? its so massive on the 780i sub vender evga if that helps? and its with the q6700

Yah my 780i my voltage actually INCREASES under load LOL !!!

i just did the vdroop mod 5 minutes ago (q6600 + 780i), i was sooo awesome i cant thank it enough. problem was i acidentally set 1.48125v on the bios and the vcore on OCCT was hovering between 1.47 - 1.48. It was stable for the 20 or so minutes i tested it but as the temps were crazy as soon as i saw 67C i shut it down, might try a lower more sane voltage next time.

Might wanna redo your vdroop mod then, that could be harmful to the board. Just get it as close to no vdroop as possible, no more

Everybodies opinion is different, Intel says 71C is tops and I say 70C is my top for 24/7

sorry to hijack this thread but if i can get 3.2ghz (q6600) stable at about 1.39 vcore load (before pencil mod). what vcore do you think i need for 3.6ghz??
