Wanted to see your guys' opinion on whether this would be a good motherboard for this build, and if it has some decent overclocking abilities.

/agree with the DFI DK P35, I have one in my other PC. I have a friend who has the Blood Iron and it's all he raves about though. Definitely go DFI, they OC all the way to +1GHz bliss (and in some cases beyond).
