Not to my knowledge. You may not get as many frames on more CPU based games though as opposed to a higher level AMD chip.

Yeah a little bit but really not that bad at all.

I went from an 8800GTS on a BE-2350 to an e2160 and saw no improvement and only a slight improvement going to a 4Ghz E7200
