Q9450 temp sensors.

Hey guys i got a little problem. I recently got a Q9450 and want to overclock it. So I overclocked it and ran Everest, Coretemp and Realtemp. Realtemp gives me a max temp of 62,59,62,61 while everest and coretemp gieves me a max around the 70 degrees each core!
I heard Real temp gives the right temps for Q9450, but i want to know for sure, so does anybody knows?

Ah ok thanks +rep for you because that means 3,5ghz @ 1,3vcore with 62,59,62,61 temps are good. I can try 3,6 but first i want to get 3,5 stable.

I second that on the realtemp. It is THE program to use to accurately measure temps with the 45nm architecture.
