Just tell me one more thing plz...
Is it beter for CPU (for long lasting) to run it 333 x 9.5 or 351 x 9 = (3,16 GHz)?

You wont see much difference, but it depends on your ram quality and the motherboard. Personally I would use the higher multiplier with lower FSB.

It runned stress test for 9h with Orthos (ram and cpu), and all went fine... then i shut down comp... and went to happy sleep

"But" ... CPU temp was little high, it was about "81˙C" ? Is that ok?

Will vcore 1.1750 (default is 1.0750) decrease the life of my procesor? Is it ok to run it like this for 24/7 ?

81c is dangerously hot for a 45nm chip, what program are you using to read your temps? Also the chip will only have 2-3% life loss which won't be noticeable because some chips last longer than others. On top of that 24/7 won't hurt that chip and is fine.

I used COUID Hardware monitor to read the temperature...
Is it the problem becouse I use default CPU cooler? The standard one that come with procesor?

Few hours ago i buyed thermaltake thunderblade 80mm led fan... i conected it to MB, and system couldnt load... I feel like im damnd when it comes for cpu...

Use Realtemp to measure your CPU temps.

You are at 71c* since you are on stock cooler, its hot but its still safe as the max is 74c. But I woulden't attempt any further clocking untill you can get an aftermarket cooler, at least the Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro.

*71c is what you will see with RealTemp, if you don't like RealTemp you can use CoreTemp and edit it's .ini file to "-10" on the Tj max setting.

ok i use core temp now, edited .ini from 0 to -10... and now i do stress test on default setings @ 2,53ghz, to see what temp will be CPU... And guess what- temp is 59-60˙C... High, for not overclocked machine?

Long Shot, Penicilyn and GigaByte you have the same CPU... So what do you think:
What are best setings (all of them- fsb, vcore, multiplier, ram...), to get 3,16Ghz?

I use "standard?" 1x 2GB Kingston ddr2 800mhz...

333x9.5 at 1.1v (you might be able to go lower like 1.08v) , run the ram at a 1:1 ratio with the FSB (set the ram multiplier so that the ram runs at normal frequency).

You most likely wont have to raise the FSB or RAM volts to get there...
