Error In Memtest (Ubuntu version)

So, I have had my computer for about 6 months now, and I have not overclocked / fiddles with it for last last 5 months as I am happy with the performance I am getting. I made sure everything was error free when I was overclocking, then I dropped a bit more just to be safe.

Yesterday I had a long day at work, and there is a memtest option when you boot into Ubuntu, so I decided to run it to make sure stuff was still up to par. When I got back home 10 hours later I saw I had an error.

000acb51f0 - 2763MB
good feffffff
bad ffffffff
err-Bits
01000000
Count 10

(some of those 0 could be o's cause I just scribbled down the stuff and my writing is messy)

Does this mean anything bad, is it permanent or could it have just been bad luck? I have not noticed any unusual behavior.
