Best LCD for budget of $250 - Page 2

Well guys, things have changed a bit. Since we're in a bit of a financial crisis, my parents have decided to just give me the current LCD that is used with the family PC since the family PC is being replaced with a laptop. It's a Dell 2007FP. It's not as good as what I was looking at, but it's not bad either. 20" is an upgrade from my current 19" CRT anyway.

The one thing I'm glad about is that this Dell LCD has a matte screen, so I don't need to worry about glare.

Well, we actually spilled buffalo wing sauce in that Dell 2007FP monitor on the way back from my graduation party. Don't even ask how that happened. But anyway, now there's blotches of buffalo sauce color on the screen when you look at a solid color on the screen. I'm going to see if I can get $150 out of my parents since I already got enough money from my party to buy a Samsung 216BW.

The only thing that sucks about that monitor and most new ones is that they don't have a composite input. I really wanted to be able to hook up my Dreamcast. Perhaps I'll just buy a VGA box instead.
