So I popped in my mobo disc and hit the 'Install USB2.0 Driver' button. I get this:

Sad face. Lawl.

Any help?

Thanks in advance.

Go to the Device Manager in Windows.

Open the + box on Universal Serial Bus Controllers.

Look to see if there are any yellow or red "!"

right mouse button on those with the "!" and "update the driver"

Also, see if your BIOS has 2.0 Enabled, which goes hand in hand with your motherboard being 2.0 Compatible.
