is this right?

and can I use SetFSB to overclock my CPU?

you can .... although it isnt something i would recommend...PLL stands for a Phase Locked Loop (i think... although thats what i read in engineering course a cpl of years ago.) a PLL generator is just an accurate way to generate really really tight timings on clocks.... so its your PLL that generates those tremendously accurate clock speeds for your FSB. FSB*multiplier = processor speed. Look for some Linear integrated circuits reference material to really get to know your PLL... i'm using it on mobo with a cpl of mods and its pretty stable...

Honestly clockgen is a HORRIBLE idea. CPU overclocking should never happen on the desktop. But if you do want to overclock my best guess is you can get 200mhz MAX.

as far as I know vcore can't be changed on the desktop. Just because he got that OC doesn't mean its stable.
