messed up a 9200SE

Thread Starter
ive just been fiddling around with rivatuner on a 9200SE, which is just in an old computer im using until i have the money to buy a new one. well anyway, i enabled the checkbox for overclocking for rivatuner, (and rebooted and then went back to that screen), noticed both core and memory had ! marks so i moved them into the safe zone, (specifically at the bottom of the safe zone). now the screen is all wierd colours, like its artifacting, and you cant do much because alot of things you cant see, (replaced by a purple fuzz.) the screen is screwed up from startup, at startup there are vertical green lines.

i havent tried anything yet, but i am afraid i mightve broken it :/ is there anything i can do?

hold control when windows starts.
edit: when you say safe zone... do you mean default settings? or settings that are between the range you dont get an exclamation mark.

just take off OC.

raise the core clock by 15mhz and memory by 20mhz each time. and if you see something wrong going on, reduce the clock. just take time with it and find the max. Download ATI TOOL for their artifact test.
