Here are some parts i've picked out. is there anything better for my money?

Great choice on the RAM and CPU..

Open box MOBO... not too sure about that one. They can be hit and miss. Just get a new one!

And that ZALMAN is damn nice, I had one but gave it to a friend.

^^^^ not bad^^^^^ I have about 400 to spend. I would like to get as close to the lasted & greatest as i can, you might have it.

DS3L or Lanparty, E7200, 2x2GB 1066 G.skill ($90!), and a TRUE with Sythe fan.

Ok,I went ahead and ordered it up^^^^^^ Now could you suggest a good inexpensive PSU?
