pull out a ram stick and give us some numbers so we can tell you which kind to buy... overclocking is pointless on such low ram

OK, your motherboard supports upto 2GB(single channel ) of PC2100, PC2700 and PC3200. If you use PC3200, according to PCChips, you wont get the full use(more less, in plain english) of it unless you overclock the FSB to 400mhz.
