Hi
Can anyone help me?
I've changed my psu from a 250w stock hp on to a Janetech 600w and added a more powerful gfx card.

I've done everything i thought i needed to and switched it back to find the fans start up and then it switches itself after about 4 seconds.
Everything is plugged in correctly and i've even tried the old psu to see if the new one is damaged but it still does the same.

Can anyone suggest anything i could have done wrong? or how to fix it?

Welcome to OCN

Fill out your system specs and then we can see exactly what you are using.

Also only launch one thread at a time about the same problem.

It sounds like a short somewhere or that something was connected incorrectly...

I would take the new psu out and any extra parts you installed and check the installation. Also try the new psu without the new gfx.

A little.

Have you tried checking the connections and there may be a option in your bios to adjust weather your system uses onboard graphics or a pci-e graphics.

Use CPU-Z ID to get the exact model of your mobo and Memory etc.
