Fins bent on my thermochill. Will they affect performance?

I kinda dropped my Thermochill PA120.3 and a few fins got bent here and there. One even broke. Its minor damage but will it affect performance?

but something I don't udnerstand, what's the problem with distilled water leaking? I thought it was non-conductive? I mean other than the fact that there won't be anymore coolant in the system making the cpu fry

Water becomes conductive from absorbing ions from the metal and dissolving particles (dust).
