GPU2 worked fine for me.
So long as I didnt use the pc.
And I for sure couldnt play any games.
Which in my case means that gpu2=fail.
Actually Im starting to think the whole folding thing =fail.
Its just another way for people to try to appear cool.
Kind of like tri-sli.
Like I got a higher benchmark than you.
Who cares.
Come in a game and Ill smoke you with less folding points and lower benchmark.
The whole point in my having a decent graphics card is to play games.
And the benchmarks and points do not give you skills.

Turn off F@H GPU2 when gaming? duh

the units finish in a couple hours, why would you let it run while gaming, pointless!

I actually had to learn this the hard way. I blue screen twice (first two times every while running vista) this week while trying to game with GPU2 running. It slows down the game, GPU2 and makes the system extremely unstable. Right click the tray icon and "pause" the client before you open your game. It won't hurt your PPD nearly as bad as a BSOD.

FTR, I don't close my two SMP client when I game, but I play Warcraft 3: TFT and it is not all that graphically intensive. My 8800 runs it idling...

I CPU fold while gaming as CPU folding is 100% stable and load balance between folding on CPU and gaming is perfect

GPUs however is still beta and clearly unstable so I just exit out of it when I am gaming, and start back up whenever Im not
