Well, I think the general census would be no to the DDR3 route, it's still kinda slighly useless(bad word, um price/performance loser) as long as you get some decent clocking DDR2 ram.

O, didnt want to jumble this up with last post but on the overclocking on the ASUS board with the integrated graphics u can only get so high, it overclocks the graphics and causes issues, wont boot, artifacts in ur graphics, but when u throw a dedicated Nvidia card in and dont use the onboard graphics u can get this baby up to 4.6 that I know of and heard of 5.0 being hit, Ill grab one and give it a test soon as possible lol, Right now IM sticking at 4.05ghz which aint damn bad for a rookie, prob drop down to 3.6 for full time use though.

They have the Marvell Twin Ethernet ports, you can Bridge them or run them seperately. Just a bonus, some mb give you usb ports or esata ports when they take away the actual onboard audio panel but DFI chose to add another ethernet and usb ports, it's gotta firewire back there too.
