This is list is horribly inaccurate and missing some key games. N64 and Gamecube titles are nowhere near the rarest amongst Nintendo titles.

It lists Bubble Bath Babes but it forgets the other two Panesian games Hot Slots and Peek a Boo Poker, which are worth far more than any game on the first half of the list.

And what about extremely rare JPN titles like:

- Kunio-kun no Dodge Ball Zenin Shuugou Tournament (Gold Cartridge) - Super Famicom
- Rockman 4 (Gold Cartridge) - Famicom
- Meimon ! Daisan Yakyuubu (Gold Cartridge) - Famicom
- Uranoid Ii - Famicom
- Kinnikuman Muscle Tag Match Golden Tag - Famicom
- Kikenbutsu no Yasashii Butsurii to Kagaku Space-College - Famicom

And no rarest games list should ever be without the holy grail, 1990 Nintendo World Championships: Gold Edition and Regular Edition.

Are you in the states?

If not, chances are it's not worth close to that.

The NTSC version (N.A.) is a LOT rarer than the PAL version.

Didn't even go for $25.

Those were good times there.
I really don't know why these are classed as rare.

I picked up Chrono Trigger with box, manual and game (no stategy guide) for $5 probably a month or two ago. You could probably get close to $100 for that.

Listed of a lot of PAL games there, are you a PAL only collector?

Glad someone else knows what's up here.

Truthfully, if you want to see some rare expensive games, look up Bubble Bath Babes, Hot Slots, Peek A Boo Poker, Stadium Events (NTSC), 6 in 1 - Myriad, 6 in 1 - Carlton, NWC 1990 Gold/Grey, Cheetahmen II, Yellow Zelda Test Cart, The Flintstones - The Surprise at Dinosaur Peak to name a few NES specific.

As you can see here, the PAL SNES used completely different cartridges. There was a converter to use PAL games in a NTSC SNES though. It looked kind of like a game genie, but it had slots for 2 games - you placed the PAL game in front and any NTSC game in back, then shoved it in the SNES.

I couldn't find the pic of the PAL->NTSC one, so this one does the opposite.

He was talking about N64, the PAL and NTSC N64 look the same unlike the NES and SNES.

You can tell by label differences.

PAL

NTSC

A PAL version with box and manual can go for roughly $100 USD or $50 GBP.

Truthfully, if you'd like an accurate list I'd be more than willing to start working on one.

This one is just so far off.

Aww. I've got Paper Mario, but it's NTSC.

Paper Mario (N64, PAL) - £80

Another rare PAL gem. Though Paper Mario continues to be one of the most popular titles on Wii's Virtual Console, collectors will still fork out good money for this great mix of platforming and puzzling in its original guise. Until recently, copies of this SNES classic could still be found in many second-hand game stores.
Hey idiots, it's for the N64.
