If that second pic is part of it I would say its not going to be to good, rads that have the tubing come out and back in in semi-circles like that are a "condenser" type rad, they have round tubing through the rad..A good WC'ing rad has flattened thinner tubes so that the water is forced into better contact with the tubing for better cooling

its a good rad to run passively, but dont expect the overclocks you can get on an actively cooled rad like ira-k described.
if you DO want to go 100% passive though, go for it. ive seen it done.
