"telnet smtp.gmail.com 587"

Then:

Code:
220 mx.google.com ESMTP 5sm2345252ywd.2
You (as far as I know) are now in gmail, because I couldn't do much else except for make little heart icons...

Also, if you type help you get the SMTP RFC standards:
http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc2821.txt

After doing more:

Code:
220 mx.google.com ESMTP 6sm2556085ywi.1
hello ESMTP
502 5.5.1 Unrecognized command. 6sm2556085ywi.1
hello ESMTP
502 5.5.1 Unrecognized command. 6sm2556085ywi.1
helo EMSTP
250 mx.google.com at your service
mail from test@gmail.coma
ESMTP is the server you are on.

That is far as I could go because it kept dropping my connection.
Humm , okay , thanks a lot ,
but whats
220 mx.google.com ESMTP 5sm2345252ywd.2

means?
its AUTH or something?

Hey again ,
I have tried to use it , and when I used mail from command it writes
530 5.7.0 Must issue a STARTTLS command first. l4sm169544ugf.7

I think that I need to do authentication first (Using TLS)
you have a clue maybe how to do it?
(I searched hard over the internet and I didnt find anything T_T)
