Yes, so long as you don't daisy chain a ridiculous number of them together, you will be fine.

If you can find some velcro ties, they are the best way to go. Reusable, and cheap.
Zip ties are reusable if you don't trim them and you know how to undo them.

depends on what type tape you mean...cheap crap doesnt stick for anything when a little amount of heat is present.

If you really want to use electrical tape use Scotch 33, I use that stuff in heat and winter when I am splicing wires outside works great

Nonsense! At one point I had 3 80mm fans chained with my slot cooler all connected to a HDD and no problems!

(I wouldn't recommend it though, just in case)

You can put as many devices on a 12v line as you want. So long as the devices do not draw more amps then what the 12v line is rated at, then you will be overloading it. Say you had 10 fans rated at 1.5 amps each at full speed. That would equal out to 15amps. If your 12 volt line is rated at 19 amps you are good to go. You could even add a couple of harddrives rated at 2amps each for the grand total of 19amps.

Yes, you can. The only problem you'll have is that it's very ugly.
