So something happened and my vent window like..disappeared off my screen.

When I right click on the task bar and click move it goes to the corner of my screen and wont allow me to click it and move it back on the screen.

Anyone got an idea how to get it back? I've uninstalled/reinstalled and it stuck.

Er, a LONG time ago. I've reformatted 4 times since then, changed OS's 4 times as well.

ah, well then that poses a strange problem. Have you recently knocked down your resolution? I'm not sure if ventrilo checks resolution size, or if it just simply stores the xy position that the window was last opened in. Try setting your res to the highest you can, although I'm sure you already have it at that.

EDIT: Once you right click and click move...use the arrow keys to move the window into the screen, not your mouse. That should handle your problem.

Yea, I run at 1360x768 and lowered it down to 1280x768 to play Starcraft (SC cuts off the top part of the screen if I have it set to 1360).

I changed it back to 1360 after I quit and then was launching some program in the background while dragging my vent window and POOF...disappeared.

Tried setting it back to 1280 and launching vent again, still disappeared. while in 1280 i set it back to 1360 and still no luck.

I've had this happen to 2 friends and they both just said it fixed itself but uh, I really need to get it fixed seeing as we have a scrim tonight for TF2 :-/
