It's too... TOO... TOO! What has happened to the English language?! Every day I see at least 5 misuses of the word "to" and people who don't know the difference between "loose" and "lose"!

Sorry about that. Just had to get it off my chest.

But yeah. To answer your original question, yes, I think you're going a bit TOO far.

As a car buff, that looks like one of those electric "superchargers".

Well, looks like they finally have a purpose now since those do absolutely nothing for a car.

Mmmm never knew they had another use, this used to be on the side of a heater that blew heat into one of the few greenhouses here, I've got another one thats a little bigger, but its in pretty poor shape, this one only needed a slight cleanup and paint job, which I'm horrible at Spray paint isn't my thing.

Small update, I've got 5 normal case fans, as for their CFM / sound quality I have no idea, the one I just rebuilt seeing the sleave bearing had dog hair in it seeing as there is no dogs in this house whatsoever!

Actually, you're the wrong one. He is correct. "too" would be the correct version to use for this. He isn't using it to mean "also", he's using it to mean "in excess".

*correct

Put it right up against your CPU cooler XD

You can never go "too" far with cooling as long as your ears can handle it. You will start to get diminishing returns though when adding tons of fans. I think two fans at the top and one in the back-top is sufficient for exhaust. For intake, one in the front, one on the side, and one in the bottom (if your case allows that). You definitely want air flowing across all parts of your motherboard.
