Hi.

I'm not certain that I am interpreting your question correctly, but the face of the block should be cool to the touch.

My pleasure.

I would fish around for ira-k, martinm, Dr4gon, TnB = Gir (or others of that ilk). These guys are full of information and very helpful. There are many more, but those Doods come to mind.

It should only be cool to the touch. The water won't get any colder than room temperature since you're just running it through a radiator with regular air. You don't need it to be super cold though, the power of water cooling lies not in its ability to make things cold, but to keep hot chips closer to room temperature, were they are nice and comfy .

As said above me, It should just be cold to the touch if that. What's this talk about fans? Do you have fans on you're waterblock?

Oh. Alright that makes sense. Could not really make out what you were trying to say in your first post. Anyway, I hope everything works out for you with your loop. If you have clamps or zip ties on your hoses, make sure they are not that tight.
