I would go with Crossair, I think I'm getting the 650W model for 2 9600 GTs.
The FSP built OCZs (GameXstream, StealthXstream, ModXstream) aren't very good from 700W and up due to ripple issues, especially the GXS 1010W.

That 750W Corsair is definitely the way to go. It is just doesn't get cheaper for that level of quality. The 750 would go perfectly with your setup (I wouldn't go any lower, power wise).
