Im running about 60-65FPS and rarely dropping to 49FPS (usually when smoke is about) with Grid. I'm suprized at how good this game runs.

Running it at 1280x1024 Max settings, 8XAA.
Even at 16XSSAA it Doesn't drop below 45FPS

I bet it's your cpu... You can't squeeze 333mhz out of that front side bus?

Wow, a 26" monitor with only 1280x960 res? I'm not sure if you've come to a decision (seems like you're thinking about getting a new monitor), but if you haven't, definitely don't bother with a new card, and get a new monitor instead if you really want to spend the money. Hell, standard 17/19" monitors have higher res than that. Can I ask--how crisp do things look on it? 'Cause if you're fine with how things look on it, then I wouldn't even bother getting a new monitor. But for sure, you shouldn't be seeing any slowdowns with your current card...hell, pretty much other than crysis, you can probably do with a less powerful card... Anyhoo, like I said, if you have the money and want to spend it, you have a lot of resolution to play with before you'd start seeing slowdowns due to your gfx card.

Its a TV not monitor.. And GRID maxes out at 65FPS anyway so its not much of a base..

As for the Monitor ou posted

"- 8ms Response Time "
Id look for a 2ms response time if your going with a 22"
