According to your original post you couldn't access your BIOS. Do you know how to access it now? Press the delete key during boot up. Then find the FSB and raise it up by 5Mhz at a time. Then when you can't boot to Windows raise the CPU voltage. Don't go above 1.5v.
You also need to download a few programs, CPUz, Orthos or prime 95, and Core Temp to monitor your temps. All are in the download section. Any more questions just post them.
