Halving rating would be safer...
Looking combined power for 3.3 and 5V tells how this maker rates their junks and it looks entirely similar to these:

True.... I was giving them benefit of the doubt since it is an older PSU and the +12v wasn't as important. That being said, it still sucks. A generic Dell for like $10 shipped would be better.

Don't want to get sued for slander.
