is the pci-e frequency set to somthing other than 100?
EDIT: because it should be at 100, if it is alot higher it could be messing you up

Depends on the motherboard. Try setting it to 100. you could also try the gfx card with the cpu @ stock to see if that is the problem.

ECS, sorry, never liked that brand.
You may have an RMA on your hands.

Take a look into the PCIe slot and make sure the contacts look symmetrical. If one is crooked, bent or out of place it will cause havoc.

you could try updating to the latest bios from ECS's website but other than that im out of ideas.
