BIOSTAR TF560 A2+

You can't find a better overclocking motherboard for the money

939, likely not
AM2 or AM2+
An AM2+ covers you either way.
I'll go look

Like he said or... the TA770 A2+, same price too.

I'm not personally familiar with TF560 but I do have a TA770 A2+ which is a bit fussy and slow in the BOOT times but it does OC well but not a good as the high end MBs, but for the price its good.

I've heard the mATX GIGABYTE GA-MA78GM-S2H does well too but its $90

I have the Biostar a770 A2+, Its got plenty of OC options, some of it is a bit confusing, but the only issue that I am having with it, is I am unable to increase my Vcore, past 1.35v

here is how it works in this board, there are 2 different places to mess the options.
"CPU configuration" and "Jumper Free Configuration"

In CPU configuration you can disable cool and quite (which you should always do), set the multiplier, and set the standard voltage, Max is (1.35) which once in windows droops down to 1.33. Not to big of a deal.

In the Jumper Free configuration, you can set you FSB, and also Add vcore, you are given options like +.025 +.05 +.25 ect ect ect, well no matter how much more I add on to it, I cant get it past 1.35v I tried adding a +.5 which should jump me all the way to 1.85v and burn my CPU, and it didnt. Still stuck at 1.35. Which means that 2.8 is probably the highest I can get my current CPU.
