I'm kind of stuck as far as that goes right now, I can run 3.85 nearly stable, but I have to go right to 1.5v to do it. Between 3.6 and 3.85, nothing is stable at all. Granted, I'm staying at 10x multi and changing FSB speed, but at 400+ FSB (9x) stability is sketchy. Maybe it's the difference in boards, I don't know. There is a huge vdroop with this board--at 1.48v, the voltage will drop to 1.42 under load.
hey zb

sorry nearly missed this post ,
the vid On my chip is 1.2625 same as yours

mine is stable at 3.60 ghz (360x10) with 1.4125vcore .
but I have something call 'load line calibration ' in my bios which compensates for vdroop so under load the chip is seeing 1.4 to 1.41v according to occt and everest .

so with your vdroop yours looks the same as mine

if you check out some of my threads you will see my rantings

and what was the vid of the chip ?
Sorry for asking but what is the vid and how do I find it for you?

Ran P95 15 hours no, no errors.

vid is the voltage that cpu needed to run at stock speed
using core temp ....
then burn in cpu for at least 24 h

I don't know what the vid is, I will look.

Also:
I upped the PLL and lowered the vCore and P95 errors up almost instantly.

Seems my best stability for 3.6 (400x9) is at 1.45 (really 1.43) vCore, 1.6 PLL, 266 Strap, 1.35 NB, 2.1 DRAM, 1.36 FSB Term, Load Line Calibration Enabled.

All this Prime95, my NB must hate me so much right now.

if you run core temp or real temp the VID is posted there with the temps and cpu loading .
I bet yours will be 1.2625v

you seem to be the same as me Is that a good thing ??
best I got was 24hr prime with small ffts at 406 x 9 and 366 x 10 both at 1.425vcore
I have gone back to 1.4125 @ 360 x 10 as temps are about 57c max at 100% load
and I gan get nearly 1440mhz from my ddr3

I may go back to 405 x 9 as I should be able to get 1600mhz out of my ram
