I agree with you. FIFA has just never quite had that "real footy" feel about it.

FIFA 09 on PC now features leading-edge visuals that deliver graphics that exploit the power of hi-spec gaming PCs, as requested by PC gamers. Star players are featured in photorealistic quality with remodeled likenesses for ultra-realistic gameplay.
Thank god.

I've never enjoyed FIFA. In the early games it felt like the ball was stuck to your foot, you could easily score the same goal over & over and it just never felt like real football.

Once I tried PES (I think it was ISS that got me hooked), I never looked back. But the latest PES08 is a little dissapointing...especially online, its so laggy even with two fast connections.

I might take a look at the latest FIFA but they have been promising a better football game for so long now that I almost know FIFA09 will dissapoint

Loved FIFA '08. I distinctly remember playing about 50 Chelsea v. Arsenal matches in a day (bro is an arsenal fan, myself a chelsea fan) and loving it. Made for great fun. Takes awhile to get good at the skill moves though

*GASP* What about world cup 2000, you could score with the goalie and it was awesome!! And the instant foul button!

Lol I'm a pro evo fan too, but I thought Fifa '08 on PS3 was awesome, wicked online play too. Hopefully Fifa '09 will be an improvement to '08
