As for the cost of computers - it depends on what PC you're going to compare it to. Most are cheaper, some are more expensive. Don't think that's my main point, though. My main point is that the price gap isn't as big as 2 or 3 times like some people might try and have you believe.
See bottom of page 2, charging 9x cost for RAM is just ridiculous.

Upgrades weren't part of the discussion. Everyone already knows that apple upgrades are stupid.

Mmm.. Ok? What games do you play? Solitaire? Ill quote a post I made earlier

First page.. Records 1-10 of 1636 records found.

Now let me cherry pick some games off the pages that are games for Mac's..

Age of Empires III/Warchiefs
Battlefield 2142
Call of Duty 4 (Q3 2008)
Command and Conquer 3
Diablo II/LoD
Doom3
Prey
Quake 4
Quake Wars
The Sim Games.
Starcraft/Broodwar
Warcraft 3/expansions
World of Warcraft/Burning Crusade

Seems like alot of the games people play on PC's nowadays.
So, that looks like a list of games people are playing NOW... For the PC. Who cares about ancient dinosaur games that are part of Windows "millions" of titles. If people dont play them, then why care.

The standard mouse is a 3 button mouse, however it only looks like a one button mouse. You have to go into the keyboards and mice settings and change the right part of the mouse to be a right click.

I think I've said this before, but the reason for that is because Apple had a right click before windows.. It was CTR+click. Then Windows came out with a 2 button mouse which had a right click, meanwhile mac users were use to just using ctr+click, so apple didnt see a need to change it.

So, one game is available, natively..

You can use Crossover (think of it like WINE on linux) to get Source games running as well.

In any case, my point wasnt to say that OSX was a "gamers OS", but rather that OSX DOES have games that people play on the PC all the time, maybe not all of them, but it has alot of commonly played games, and expect more and more games to be added to OSX's software list in the near future.

I have a couple of noob questions for the Mac folks here.

1. Can the Mac OSX be installed on a PC (my sig rig for example) or can it only be installed on a Mac?

2. Can a Mac be overclocked?

1 : Not legally.

2 : If the BIOS supports it.
