Video to Image Program

Thread Starter
Hello, I'm not much of a poster here, more of a lurker, but I was wondering if I could pick everyone's collective brain... I'm looking for a program that can take a video and break it down every frame into single images. Figured this would be the place to post since I would be using it in an artistic sense. Any and all recommendations are welcomed! Thanks in advance,
~Pierce

Really any video editing program can do that. Adobe Premiere Elements can. You can extract an image out of the video. But if your looking for a cheaper and free alternative check this out http://www.online-tech-tips.com/comp...ge-from-video/.

That's a pretty good program but its not exactly what I'm looking for... The problem with that program is that I can't just have it break down the entire clip into images. Do you know if Elements can do that?
