I used to runs Prime95 for 8-12 hours. Most if not all stability problems concerning a CPU overclock should be detected in that time frame.

I run it for 24 hours or more.

18 is probably enough, and I did have an error at 9-10 hours, so I prefer to make sure my system is stable.
