anyone here not been laid off recently? happened to me about 3 weeks ago, maybe it's a global conspiracy against folders?!

I haven't, but in NW Indiana we have around 5,000 or more people laid off

Well fellows and the ladies, no more folding until I can replace my PSU. I have been trying to fold but with this 24 amp backup PSU I keep getting random shut downs and lockups. I'm keeping my fingers crossed it's just the PSU. I'll be back up and running when I can afford to buy a new PSU.

yeah no im gonna be honest.

I think pretty much everyone folds for the points and the e-peen booster.

The research is just an added bonus

Thats ur opinion but many of us donate some of our points to new members so i really doubt is cause of the point but , but yea some do .

Sorry but people don't build folding farms for a bigger e-peen. Spending thousands of dollars for folding is great and I highly respect anyone who builds farms OR folds in general.

I tried folding before but I could never get the stuff to work. And I hear the ATi client is quite bad...

To be perfectly honest with you. If that is the case, then let them. If there E-peen getting larger means more Work unit donation for the cause then so be it !
