Need Help

Alright, I bought my friends old computer off of him for $50 and its a Compaq Presario and everythings stock. He did have a video card in it but took it out so I'm looking for a new one and I'm going to do some other things like upgrade ram too. The problem that I've came across is that all the cards that I'm looking to buy(Somewhere around $100 to $120 give or take) Need 350 to 450W power supplies and mines only like 115W. Now should i just upgrade to a case that has a bigger power supply(i.e.http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811148030)
and if so is that a good one, i know it needs a 24pin connector. So if you have any ideas please help, I'm trying to do this with conserving as much money as possible, and this is one of the cards i was looking at(http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...y=REVIEWS#tabs)
but im not sure if thats a good choice either.

If its a really old Compaq, then its most likely AGP im guessing due to the 100w Power supply. So you would have to get a new Power supply with the video card. So that card wouldn't work since its PCI-E. For AGP I think this card is about as good as it gets..
