Which of these 2 is better?

I'm buying a 4850, and on Newegg you can get discount if you buy the card and the mobo in a combo deal.

Which one of these is best, and is the more expensive one really worth the more money? I'm sort of on a budget, I want to spend the least possible money but still have a good PC.

Both are solid board but Asus P45 board is better. If you have the budget, should get the P45 board. 2x pcie 2.0 slots are for future 4850CF.

what does that mean

if your not planning on crossfire in the future then you might look in to this board from DFI

ZOLLEN is referring to the speed and/or bandwidth of the PCI-e lanes. as one would imagine 16x16 is faster then 8x8.
