Q6600 + ASUS P5K-E, How to o/c?

Hey.

Im running a setup:
Q6600 + Scythe Mugen
ASUS P5K-E
2x 2GB OCZ REAPER HPC PC8500
BFG 8800GT
SB AUDIGY 2 ZS
TAGAN BZ 500W

Im wondering how to overclock this thing, what are the basic bios setups. What settings should I use to maxify the performance on ram and CPU? I want to squeeze up to 3.7Ghz on this thing (dunno if the cooling will go, im geting 41C@stress on default settings).
I need everything: Vcore settings, TRAS, CAS and whatever needed.
Please help.

Well you might want to take a look at these two guides. Here's the CPU overclocking one and here's the ram one. If you need any other guides there probably here

not all CPU's are the same. on top of that not all chips have the same VID so for someone's 1.25VID could run 3.0ghz @ 1.3vcore could fail for my 1.325VID which takes 1.4vcore to run 3.0ghz (exaggerated numbers)

First I want to emphasize all CPUs are different and some things that work for someone else may not work for you so in the end you'll have to test your board and CPU for yourself. That being said try these settings.
AI overclocking manual
Ratio 9
FSB 400
PCI freq 100
DRAM 800
DRAM timings manual
leave the rest of the RAM timings for now.
skip to CPU and PCI spread spectrum and set them both to disable
CPU voltage 1.5
CPU voltage damper enable ( this is very important as it reduces vdroop)
CPU PLL voltage 1.6
DRAM voltage whatever your RAM is supposed to be.
FSB termination set to about 1.2
NB 1.5
Try those for now. The CPU voltage should be able to be lower, but you'll have to test that yourself. Some of the new Q6600s haven't been able to reach 3.6 so it's possible this won't work. If it doesn't drop the multiplier(ratio) to 8 and try again.
For now you shouldn't mess with your RAM. You need to test 1 component at a time otherwise if you teest them all at once if you have a problem you won't know where to look first. Try that and post your results.

There is no such in my BIOS as CPU voltage damper.
NB is set to 1.55 (isnt that high?)
I tryed the setting but the Windows XP wont boot up. I only see the moving bar and then the computer hangs up. The bar goes over and over again.
I lovered the FSB to 360 and it works, but i want more.

Edit: The CPU is running at 8x400 only
