asus beta bios' are CRAP, i'll never download one again....

here's where it improved things : Added some obscure ram timing options

Here's what it ruined:

1: can't change vcore from auto anymore
2: doesn't save HTT multi changes once you leave the bios (locked at 5)

= useless for overclocking, made it to 2.3ghz MAX

hopefully Evga lets you flash back, because the 4 advertised methods for flashing do not let you flash back

PS: ironically i used a 2-versions-outdated beta dos flashing utility to get back to the stable bios, it was the only thing that worked..........at least i learned alot about flashing my bios, lol

I just updated my ASUS board to the 603 version, hope it helps, from what I've read it works for some & not for others. I suspect the drivers weren't cleaned out properly. I will post if the saga continues....
