Djqurt, not trying to discourage you or anything but your current rig is awesome man! I don't see any reason to upgrade it. Perhaps a new PSU (preferably quality built) would be a nice upgrade but to be honest everything looks great. It would be waste to go with 2GB of more memory with Vista 32-bit. Sure Vista 32-bit will show the 4GB of memory but that doesn't mean it'll be using it all. You'll want a 64-bit OS for that

I'm sure others will disagree but that is my opinion.

Good luck buddy

You'll need more then $200 to make going Intel worthwhile.

For now I would just add more RAM and go SLI with your 8800GT

Your power supply should be fine.

Yep, Intel would be a good choice, you don't need more power right now for that 8800GT, so yeah definitly:
$130 CPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819115052
$110 MB: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813128059

$40 above your budget but it's worth it! Or you can go with cheaper Micro ATX motherboards (suck for OCing) or add $10 and go with the bloodiron!

What_about_this_upgrade

Don't know a lot about AMD but this looks interesting for less than $100 after MIR.

About the same would be my guess, but if you got it then you could turn and sell it to recoup some money.
