System rebooting

I'm having problems with my system resetting during gaming now. After about 15-20 minutes the computer just reboots and doesn't give me an error message after it restarts. I'm assuming this is all due to the new SLI setup I've been messing with since yesterday since it was fine before the additional card was installed. I've tried all of the following:
Uninstalled, swept, and reinstalled the following drivers multiple times following the preferred methods:
174.16 whql
174.19 whql
177.39
177.41

I've swapped the cards around, unhooked my other monitor, tried stock GPU clocks, SSC gpu clocks, SC gpu clocks, and KO gpu clocks. I've reinstalled Precision and rivatuner several times. I'm pretty sure heat is not an issue because Precisions on screen display never shows the graphics cards going above 60c at either setting. I know the CPU clocks are stable as well as the memory clocks. I've even tried to disable SLI and it still reboots during games after 15-20 minutes. I've tried it with COD4, GRID, Bioshock, and C&C3 all with the same results. All my MOBO drivers and BIOS are up to date. I haven't tried removing the new card and gaming with just the old one yet though. I'm getting very frustrated with this thing. All I did was install another card and all of a sudden I can't play games at all. I'm going to shut it down now and get some sleep before I throw it out the window. I'll check back in the morning to see if anyone has something I haven't tried yet. Thank you all in advance.

I forgot to mention one other thing. I read somewhere last night that SLi doesn't seem to like 2 memory sticks? I'm not going to have time to mess with it much today but can anyone verify this? I can't remember where I read it but it was suggested to take out a stick and try again. I'm still frustrated with this thing. Sleeping it off didn't help. I'm starting to think I should have just went with Intel and ATI instead of nvidia.

I noticed another symptom now. The other day I woke up and the Vista Welcome center was on my desktop and my icons were all scattered around again suggesting my rig crashed and restarted over night. I set it all back up and when I came home from work it was the same thing again. The only thing running was F@H. I stopped folding and it hasn't restarted over night since. It has to be a driver issue because of the icons scattering everywhere when it crashes right? Do I have to install the cards/drivers separately before I hook the bridge up?
