Intel is just laughing at everybody right now. AMD's stock is down 70% from the intro of Conroe, nvidia is in freefall following the mobile GPU troubles, physx is forced to take on havoc from both AMD and intel, they will be forced to give up the sli license to intel or lose QPI and nehalem, nehalem is gearin up to give AMD a bigger pounding than K8 gave netburst, need I go on? Intel was always the biggest company by a wide margin, but damn, talk about domination.

What is going on here? Nvidia seems to be out of the mobile sector following THIS hiccup, I would miss them if they were to go down the drain.

Recession anyone?

cough hmm cough....look listen guys...nvidia stock is dropping to where it should be...it's called " an adjustment " something that happens when things are priced higher than what one can get them for elsewhere...OVERPRICED~!!!

As for the steep trough for those of you who are ignorant to other 5.5 percent of Americans without jobs(*higher if you count those who are out of work, do not & can not file for unemployment benefits).

This is not a recession it's the beginning of a depression...history repeats itself...all the talk about government financial things in place...is bs.

Anyone buying is not buying from Nvidia anymore including me because they are ' CRAZY ' with their designs...two pcbs(9800gx2)all that space and they want more money than a faster 3870x2(w/4dvis to nvidias 2?).

Not to go to off topic into the economy...but anyone buying into the patriotic bs...is helping to kill whats left of both the usd $ and USA.

As I stated before this is not a recession....history repeats just different names, places, times.

Brittain was the empire that the sun never set upon...

USA took over as empire after WWII.....back by all the loot including what we legally and illegally sieze from the Nazi.....placed into " Fort Knox "

Hmm, the fort is empty....the middle east has invested money into our federal banking system....we are sending our money everywhere except home.

America is on a one-way trip to repeat what made Great Brittain now more commonly known as United Kingdom.

Anyone got any new names for United States....perhaps something like North American Union.......

Anyways it's already happened just look at all the illegals and it's not getting better it's only getting worse.

Enough the soap box is getting to be to much...

Nvidia better change or they will cease to exist.

What if Nvidia never gets back on it's horse...instead they find a borro...and head south of the border for some tacos and margaritas with whats left of the payout winnings while some poor old retirees cry to the feds about how they got tricked out by the ceos doing some over rated tactics to keep from going under.

Tech companies that take a fall often Do Not get back up....

Anyone buying into that obvious nvidia last minute ditch effort to get the consumer that they have been overpricing for empteen years to bail them out of their stupidity.................

Deserves to lose all their money.:swearing:Thunderously Sooo~!

Since when 3870X2 is faster than 9800GX2. Last time i checked 9800GX2 was ahead by quite a margin. 3870X2 hardly beats 8800GTX at high resolution with AA/AF. And design is just fine as long as it does the job which is the case.

I came from an 8800GTX to my 3870x2 and the ATi is faster overall but not by a huge margin. I'd find it really hard to believe that an x2 could take down a GX2 based on my experiences.
