X1650 pro Problems

I bought the sapphire agp version. And a 2gb of ram upgrade. But since then it is slow while playing hd videos that i could play with my onboard. :swearing:

Any ideas. It may be my PSU but my drivers are fine... driver cleaner pro and all of that stuff.

Supposedly there's an AGP driver fix going around, I'd suggest googling it.
