Looks like this same question has been already asked in a few threads, so I will just go ahead and reply based on what people have been saying there.

1. Visiontek (lifetime warranty)
2. Sapphire

As for me personally, I went with Sapphire.

I finally had my 4870 delivered today, went with a Sapphire one. My last few cards have been sapphire and Ive had no troubles so id recommend them. Also HIS are good from what Ive seen. Visiontek seem to be the favorites though with the warranty, but Ive not owned a visiontek product myself.
