do these settings affect my 3dmark06 score?

So you get 18+k with a Q and CF 4870's? or are you running just one 4870.

If that is CF then something is wrong. What are you running your Q at?

The only reason I say that is because I get 19k with 4850's and surely those 4870's even with a lower clocked cpu should break that and especially with a Q I would think.

Now if you have everything at stock then that is actually a pretty darn good score, oc that proc and gfx card.

Wow, been awhile since I browsed through this thread, some good numbers up though from just skimming though for some.

He's running 8x AA and 16x AF. SO 18k isn't that bad of a score.

my clocks were 4.63ghz on e8500 and 880/1200 on the hd4870.

I was finally able to break the 16k mark for the first time. Still in the low compared to others given similar specs.

NrGx, score in my sig.
Well I don't have a link or a screenshot, so you can trust me or not. System was configured as such:

AMD Opteron 165 @ 2.8GHz, 1.225v
2x1GB Corsair XMS @ DDR510 2.5, 3, 3, 6, 1T Timings
Visiontek HD4850 (100% fan speed mod, all stock clocks) Catalyst 8.7's
Vista Ultimate 64 SP1 (fully up to date)

I scored 10006 in 3DMark06. Keep in mind that is on a bogged down, 4 month old install. I usually do my 3DMark runs on fresh installs personally. And I also usually overclock the card, etc. However I was just borrowing said card.

You can add me to the list or not, I don't care. Just sharing what I got.
