Thing is...If you want 4gb in the future, then you're stuck with 4x1gb, which tends to stress the memory controller, and lower the overall overclock. Whereas with 2x2gb you have an easy upgrade path to 4x2gb in the future.
From my experiece, I had to lose my 1066 overclock on my 800 RAM because I added 2 more sticks, now I have to run at 960mhz.
Anyway, go with what you think
But ill upgrade the 2 gigs to the 1066.. I might just stick with the E2180 and get a new case instead of going with the e7200.. I'm sure ill be able to reach GHZ overclock with the E2180 and for the extra $$ I don't think i'll notice a drastic change or would I???
The extra cache on the e7200 would notice (in some games/benches), also you would probably notice the difference between 3.2ghz and 3.6ghz. The e7200 also runs a bit cooler. But it won't be a huge difference TBH.
