[Project] Modularis Evolution, updates slowing down... - Page 168

I have a feeling i am going to have to rethink the use of watercooling in this mod as i wont be able to fit the case on my desk if i keep the rad and pump housings as they are.... i may have to take them off and just leave it air cooled unless i can find a way to incorporate the watercooling in the main section but i dont think i will be able to.

I know that im not going to use this case for too long anyway as i want to get evo done to use instead...

What do you guys think?

Morning Josh

No more watercooling? You mean you'll have to remove the module that houses the rad and pump? Why don't you find a way to place the pump inside the main housing or any other one and try to fix the rad outside the case without any housing? It should still save you quite alot of space, from what I remember the same housing is holding the reservoir right? You could use a T-Line instead, it would save you even more space.

Hang in there mate!

Hey mate, sorry to see you're not updating on bit-tech any more - at least I haven't seen you in a while.

I always liked this mod concept but I have to say this:
Designing a rig that is too bit to fit on your desk, and not realizing it until page 168 is a pretty big oversight in my book.

I will be updating when i have an update ive not been around much as i have had a pretty major operation on my back.

It would have fitted a lot nicer a while back as i had 2 desks 1 that was specifically for the case and then the second was for my monitor and peripherals etc etc but i had to get rid of the first desk to make way for a 4' aquarium

It will still fit on my desk it will just mean i have to have the monitor right at one end of the desk.

I dont know maybe i will just finish it up as it is, i.e. keep the water cooling bits on there. and then just use it for a while whilst i build evo... i suppose i can make do with the monitor being at one side for a while.

If you have a crappy job then maybe you shouldn't party so much and look for something better

Lol i dont party 2 much i have a get together most weekends at someones house but i dont pay for anything lol and i have an unlimited card for the cinema so all the rest of the time that im out im at the cinema as its only £13.50 a month and you can see asmany films as you want. i have seen 36 since the 6/04/09 lol

Its kind of hard to look for a job when there arent any available aswell people are getting made redundant here constantly and there arent any jobs for them so there is no chance really.
