Too bad you don't have a belt sander... that would cut that 1 and a half hours down to 15 minutes.

I do have one..... lol im going to make the next lot by doing a few at a time and do it that way (maybe) and try and do it well on the belt sander as i found i got better results from just files! lol but it is an awfull belt sander i should have bought a better one... (dont worry i will change it some time soon)

You should also think about picking up a bench grinder with buffing wheel attachments if you plan to be polishing a lot of acrylic.

An excellent recommendation, Semper Fidelis.

Here are some other options, but I would not recommend using the Dremel as the only tool as the polishing aspect will become an excercise it tedium.

How does it still take you over an hour though with all those power tools on your side?

Oh, wait... I forgot you are sanding by hand.

You really should get a belt sander...
