Corsair 450VX + 9800GTX?

Thread Starter
Well I need a PSU for my new system, and I need something inexpensive, so I am looking at the 450VX from Corsair. Do you think that it could power a OC'd E2xxx series cpu, a P35-DS3L, 2g's of RAM, a single HDD, a single DVD burner and a 9800GTX? It has 33A on the 12v rail... but I don't know...

I would get a 4850 over a 9800GTX.

Also a 450VX would work, but you would have very little upgrading room. I would get a 550VX or maybe a 650TX.
Blackbox.

I'd rather get a 4850 too, but I got an incredible deal on the 9800

a corsair 450 could run that probably, no need for 800 watts unless you have SLI =/, a 650 watt corsair would have done you better for cheaper even the 550

800watt is enough for 4 9800GTX's.
Thats how these companies fool you, especially psu and ram companies.
