Getting a 9800GTX what company?

Thread Starter
I am looking at upgrading my from my 8600 GT to a 9800GTX, what I want to know is, what company is most reliable that I can buy off newegg.

Currently I am considering getting a PNY due to the fact that It has a 20$ mail in rebate and its on sale.

EVGA and XFX would be my first choices, then PNY,BFG, and Zotac.
The XFX version can be had @ TigerDirect/CompUSA with the same rebate as the PNY. $179 AR w/free game.

XFX or EVGA

Although, I should suggest you take a look at the 4850.

I actually did look at the 4850, does it have better performance than the 9800 GTX?

XFX, BFG, EVGA in that order although all three are excellent. I like xfx because of the transferable warranty and the cover volt mods. BFG has everything evga does plus a longer stepup program and then evga because they are awesome

I would say XFX because they make good products, but their RMA department isn't very good. They still haven't returned my card after a week and won't answer my messages

Get either XFX or EVGA. Both are good.
